Thank you to The Plus Size Mommy for your wonderful review, and yes we totally agree that our DVDs are "Ballet stories just for kids!" We were thrilled to hear how your little ballerinas put on their tutus and got up to dance along, for this is exactly why we made this Christmas Movie. It's more than just another Nutcracker Ballet movie, we want to inspire kids to get up and dance along to the Nutcracker Ballet!

The Prima Princessa series is a DVD collection of ballet stories just for kids. The series was inspired by 2 blogging mom-entrepreneurs from NJ, that have daughter who love dance.
As a lot of parents know taking young children to a full ballet show can be a rough experience. They just do not usually have the attention span to sit there through the entire show. And for how expensive some shows can be, as a parent, you don’t want to throw your money away by leaving early.
So the Prima Princessa series is a way kids ages 3-6 can be exposed to dance and classical music at home through interactive fun!
So far there are 3 shows in this series, which are, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker (being released 9/7/2010) , and coming in January 2011 will be Sleeping beauty.
The DVD of the Nutcracker is a 60 minute Christmas show which features England’s World famous Birmingham Royal Ballet.
When I brought this DVD home from Blogher they couldn’t wait to watch it. They loved it so much, they dressed up in their fairy costumes and danced along with the DVD.
