We love the Product Review and Video Review from Bizzie Mommy!  The Video Review show's her daughter dancing around to the DVD! We really wanted to make a DVD that got kids up and dancing and it is great to see we suceeded. Bizzie Princess loves to dance, she loves to watch videos and try for follow on, so when I had the opportunity to review Pima Princessa presents Swan Lake I couldn’t wait for her to try it out.

Luckily she just attended a trial ballet class so I already had the leotard, tights and shoes handy, because once she saw everyone in a ballet uniform she just HAD to have hers on.

So we had to pause the movie to “get into character”.

Now that she is properly suited she jumped right back into the experience. She attempted the dances to the best of her ability and she especially loved the intermission portions of the DVD where little girls just like her came out to dance and play.

I especially loved how Prima Princessa seamlessly blended the story of Swan Lake, the classic ballet steps and fun without my daughter even realizing she was “learning.”

The DVD is approximately 40 minutes long and geared towards pre-school girls, though my one year old enjoyed bopping along with the music as well!

My daughter loves to dance and we will definitely look for new titles of the Prima Princess for her to try out. Prima Princessa presents Swan Lake is Bizzie Mommy and Bizzie Princess approved.

Prima Princessa is the perfect DVD to expose young kids to the ballet

This is a sweet and wonderful DVD that was created to inspire and expose young children to the sights and sounds of the ballet.

Two stay-at-home moms, Stephanie Troeller and Mary Kate Mellow produced "Prima Princessa Presents Swan Lake". They were both inspired by their children's love of dance as well as a desire to see higher quality, culturally enriching programming available for young children.

Get on board now since these two busy moms also produced the next two DVDs in the kids ballet series, they're negotiating an international licensing deal to distribute their DVD as well as sigining a book deal to feature the Prima Princessa character. They're going to be big!!

"Prima Princessa Presents Swan Lake" is a hip new ballet DVD for kids featuring the Paris Opera Ballet and Students from School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center, Official Academy of New York City Ballet. Parent Club Review: Prima Princessa

Prima Princessa Presents Swan Lakeis a great holiday gift for little girls. It's different from other princess dvds in that it presents the story of Swan Lake danced by Paris Opera Ballet. The animated fairy "Prima Princessa" describes the story of the ballet. She is fun, inviting and informative on the ballet moves and music.

Between the acts of the ballet, the viewers are schooled in simple ballet moves performed by students of the School of American Ballet.

The Parent Club kid reviewers got into the action - following the simple ballet teachings. They enjoyed watching the segments showing other children practicing the dance movement. After the 4th request to replay the dvd - we decided it was a hit.

Check out Prima Princessa as a stocking stuffer idea for your little ballerina.
